Sefton Bivvy
Perched high above the Hooker Valley, Sefton Bivvy is one of New Zealand’s most striking backcountry huts — a bright red shelter with views stretching across Aoraki Mount Cook National Park. Originally built in the 1960s and rebuilt in 2011, it continues to serve as a tiny refuge for those who venture into the alpine. This artwork captures the hut’s isolation and the grandeur of the peaks that surround it.
Printed in Wānaka on 310gsm museum-grade fine art paper for rich, lasting colour and texture.
